How the 2026 rate changes the math
On March 19, 2026 Epic changed US V-Bucks packs: $8.99 now buys 800 V-Bucks, not 1,000. Calculators that still use the old rate show dollar values about 20% lower than current replacement cost.

Is Lockersmith made by Epic Games?
No. Lockersmith is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and V-Bucks are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.
Can I sell my account with this?
No. Epic's terms forbid selling or transferring accounts, and Lockersmith doesn't help with buying, selling or trading accounts. Your total is a retail replacement value, meaning what the items would cost at today's Item Shop price, not a resale price.
Do I need to log in with my Epic account?
Never. Lockersmith will never ask for your Epic login or password, and there's no Lockersmith sign-in either. If anyone asks for your Epic password “to check your locker”, it isn't us.
Where is my locker stored?
On your device, in local storage. Imports, whether a pasted list or a locker screenshot, are read on-device, including the text recognition. Nothing uploads unless you create a share link for your card.
How accurate are the prices?
Each item uses its latest Item Shop price from our daily snapshots, converted at $8.99 per 800 V-Bucks, the smallest US pack since March 19, 2026. Bundles and discounts can change what you'd actually pay, so treat the total as an estimate.
Why do Battle Pass items say “Never in shop”?
Battle Pass, event and promo items like Black Knight, The Reaper, Galaxy and Ikonik were never sold in the Item Shop, so they have no V-Bucks price. Instead of inventing one, Lockersmith ranks them by rarity and age.
Does buying Skull Trooper in 2026 give me Purple Glow?
No. The Purple Glow Skull Trooper and Pink Ghoul Trooper styles stay with 2017 buyers. Lockersmith flags them as OG styles only if you mark that you own them.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS 13 or later, and a web version for current desktop and mobile browsers. You can export your locker as a file and import it on another device.
